How to Update Your
Realm Information
The following steps will guide you through the process of updating your preferred contact email. Please contact the Church Office with questions about login. Password reset is available on the Realm website, under the “Sign In” button.
Password Reset is available from the Sign in page of Realm. For those who do not use email as a primary communications tool, please contact the Front Office to let us know.
Login Page
Visit onrealm.org to log in to your account.
Profile
Current email address and other contact details will be displayed. If this is correct, no further action is needed.
Click on the “Edit Profile” button to change the email you wish Church Messages to go to.
Find your Name
Located at the top right, select your account name.
My Profile
Select "“My Profile” at the top of the drop down menu
Save Changes
Scroll back to the top after completing your changes. Click the “Save” button.
Updating Email
Scroll down until you see the Email portion of your Profile Details.
Please check Preferred Contact email details. If you need to change it, highlight and replace with the new email. (This is the second box).
Note - updates here do not automatically update to Spirit Shot distribution. Please message the communications office.
