Winters Activity Center/Gymnasium

The State of Texas has approved elective surgeries to resume at local hospitals. At this time, blood donations are still needed. Strict safety procedures will be in place and we ask everyone sign up and arrive only during your slot.

FAQ about the Blood Drive:

• Phlebotomists are trained to sanitize everything continuously and to take all precautions necessary to observe safety.  They will be washing their hands between donors and wearing rubber gloves.

• Forehead temperature and additional screenings will be performed outside Winters Activity Center/Gymnasium.

• Anyone who enters must first use a hand sanitizer to enter.

• All surfaces and other areas will be continually sanitized and cleaned throughout the duration of the blood drive.

• Winters Activity Center/Gymnasium is large enough to permit distancing. We will adhere to a strictly monitored sign up schedule to ensure safety for all attending the blood drive.

Reminder if you have given blood recently, donations may not be given within the following days.

18+ years old, Female & Male - 56 days

16-18 years old, Female - 112 days

16-18 years old, Male - 84 or 164 days
