Daughters of the King (DOK)

Baptism
God establishes an indissoluble bond with each person in baptism. God adopts us, making us members of the church and inheritors of the Kingdom of God (BCP, pp. 298, 858). In baptism we are made sharers in the new life of the Holy Spirit and the forgiveness of sins. If you are interested in being baptized, please contact our offices.

Altar Guild
The women and men of the Altar Guild at Holy Spirit care for the altar and its furnishings and for all the preparations of the Church for worship. The Altar Guild participates, in some way, at every service including baptisms, weddings, funerals, memorial services, and Sunday worship.

Annual Meeting
Join us immediately following the 10:30 am worship for our Annual Meeting. At our annual gathering we will reflect on the year that has passed, celebrate our lay leadership who have completed terms on the vestry, elect new vestry members and delegates to Diocesan Council, and look forward to the year ahead together with special reports from our Church Leadership. Join us for this important annual moment in our shared life.

Intercessory Prayer Group
The Holy Spirit Intercessory Prayer Circle is praying for you! If you would like to add your name to the prayer list, or would like to join us in prayer, please send an email to us or contact the church office. We pray daily, but also meet in the evening on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.

Start the season of Advent with us on Sunday Morning in Palmer Parish Hall. Make your own wreath in between the morning worship services. Greenery and some supplies are provided. Feel free to bring your own "extras."
